Konami's sneak peek at MGS5 may have whetted audience appetites, but in actuality it's further from The Phantom Pain than you may think.
If anything, The Phantom Pain seems almost jaunty in comparison, which is saying something given its commentary on the futility of imperial expansion and the fact you're never more than a minute away from slitting throats.
