News: PES extends UEFA Champions League licence for 3 years

Licence includes both Champions and Europa League.

Konami originally secured the UEFA licence back in 2009 and has held on to the exclusive rights to Europe's premiere cup competitions ever since. The competitions feature in the game both as an individual mode and within the larger season modes, with the UEFA Super Cup featuring in Master League.
