Original report: XCOM 2 will launch for PC this November, 2K and developer Firaxis have announced. Mac and Linux versions are also in development, but there's no word on console editions.
The sequel to XCOM: Enemy Unknown, XCOM 2 steps 20 years into the future where humanity lost the war against the alien threat which has now established a new world order.
The secret XCOM organisation has been largely forgotten, but must trike back to reclaim control of Earth and free mankind.
