Hajime Tabata would like to see same launch day for East and West.
In an interview with Mexican website LevelUp (via Gematsu) Tabata stated his preference for the West to suffer little delay in getting their hands on the game.
"I'd like to be able to do a worldwide release," he said, "We don't want to impose any big delays to players from around the world, so I'm hoping that everyone will be able to play the same Final Fantasy XV together within as close of a time frame as possible."
Tabata is also directing Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, which will come bundled with a demo for Final Fantasy XV when it launches on March 20 for PlayStation 4...
