The Xbox One version features the original game rendered in full 1080p plus previously released add-ons Breakdown and Lifeline. New vehicles, weapons and mission types will also be included in the new-gen re-release, IGN reports.
And if you already own the game on Xbox 360, you'll receive an exclusive playable character and a 33 per cent discount.
