News: Sony agrees it deceived consumers with 'game changing' PS Vita ads

Early PS Vita buyers can claim $25 cash or $50 merchandise voucher.




Sony is now barred from making other misleading advertising claims and will provide the launch adopters with either $25 cash or credit refund, or a $50 merchandise voucher for select video games, and/or services.



Eligible consumers will be notified by email.
